1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StimmUp, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are in the EU, you must be at least 16, or have parental consent.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform respectfully and legally
• Do not spam, impersonate others, or manipulate votes

We reserve the right to remove polls or content that violate these terms.

3. Content Policy

Polls and user-generated content must not include hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, spam, or content that violates any law.

Violations will result in content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent bans.

4. Subscription & Billing

StimmUp Pro is a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds are handled according to platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display it within the app. All StimmUp branding and platform code is owned by us.

6. Disclaimer

StimmUp is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StimmUp and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, unless otherwise required by law.
